Furthermore, the unavailability of these essential tools will severely impact the quality of the overall service delivery and will immediately void any performance guarantees, warranties, or projected outcomes previously agreed upon.

SECTION 17 - RETURN & Gurantees

For consumable digital assets (such as eBooks, templates, and Excel sheets), refund requests are accepted within a minimum window of 7 days up to a standard 14 days maximum. extending to a strict maximum of 30 days only under specifically approved exceptional circumstances.

Premium Services & High-Ticket Retainers: Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive nature of our premium services (including advanced media buying, custom funnel architecture, and consulting), all payments are strictly non-refundable. Cash or credit card refunds are not issued for high-ticket services under any circumstances.

we offer a strict remediation guarantee. If the agreed-upon project deliverables are not met explicitly due to documented negligence, lack of cooperation, or direct fault on the part of Mahmoud Nagip / Grow My Business, you are entitled to a complimentary, secondary contract. We will dedicate the necessary resources to rework or complete the project at no additional cost to you until the original scope is fulfilled.

All performance warranties, guarantees, and refund eligibilities become immediately void if the client demonstrates a lack of cooperation. This includes, but is not limited to, failing to provide required platform access, excessive delays in delivering essential assets, or neglecting to maintain necessary third-party tool subscriptions required to execute the services.

Your eligibility for a guarantee is strictly forfeited if it is determined that you have intentionally concealed, misrepresented, or withheld vital business data. This includes hiding prior ad account restrictions, falsifying previous performance metrics, or withholding information that directly impacts the strategic execution of our services.

The guarantee policy is entirely nullified in the event of client misuse. If the client, or any unauthorized third party, makes independent changes to the provided funnels, campaigns, conversion tracking scripts, or backend integrations without the explicit prior approval of Mahmoud Nagip / Grow My Business, all guarantees are voided.
